Soccer Uniforms

Forest Deer Sportswear manufactures custom sublimated soccer uniforms, jerseys and coordinated team kits for clubs, schools, academies, distributors and private-label brands. Soccer programs can include jerseys, shorts, goalkeeper styles, socks, warm-ups and team bags. Soccer sublimation supports gradients, patterns, sponsor graphics, names and numbers on compatible polyester panels. Each quotation confirms the exact package, fabric, fit, order quantity, sample requirement and delivery schedule.

Soccer orders can range from jerseys only to complete club packages with shorts, socks, goalkeeper apparel, warm-ups and bags. Listing every required item at the start keeps the materials, quantities, artwork and delivery schedule clear.

A quoted GSM range is only one part of fabric selection. Knit structure, yarn, finish, stretch and opacity can change performance. Approve the actual material and sample used for your order.

Soccer sublimation and other decoration

In a sublimated soccer uniform, the approved image is transferred into compatible polyester panels before assembly. This allows gradients, stripes, sponsor coverage and individualized details without building multiple surface layers. We can sublimate player names and numbers after the final roster is approved.

Embroidery, heat-applied marks and other decoration can be quoted when appropriate. The quotation should identify which graphics are sublimated and which use another process. This matters for cost, hand feel, weight, wash care and reorder consistency.

Club artwork and roster control

  • Provide vector club and sponsor logos where possible.
  • Identify home, away and goalkeeper colorways.
  • Confirm league placement or size rules before artwork approval.
  • Use one controlled roster file for player name, number and size.
  • Approve youth and adult grading against the project size chart.
  • List every item required in the kit rather than using “full set” without a definition.

Ordering process

  1. Define the scope. Jersey, uniform set or full team kit, plus quantities and target date.
  2. Select materials and construction. Confirm fabric direction, fit, collar, sleeves, shorts and optional items.
  3. Approve artwork and sample. Check color, logos, print placement, measurements and workmanship.
  4. Release final roster. Names, numbers, sizes and goalkeeper details are locked for production.
  5. Inspect and deliver. Finished items are checked, packed to instruction and prepared for the agreed shipping method.

Frequently asked questions

What is included in a custom soccer team kit?

A kit can be jersey and shorts only or a broader program including socks, goalkeeper apparel, warm-ups and bags. The quotation lists every included item.

Can you make goalkeeper jerseys different from field-player jerseys?

Yes. Goalkeeper artwork, sleeve length, fit and padding or reinforcement requirements can be specified separately from field-player uniforms.

Can sponsor logos be included in sublimation?

Yes. Multi-color sponsor graphics can be included in the sublimated artwork when suitable source files are provided and placement is approved.

Do you manufacture soccer socks?

Soccer socks can be included in a team-kit quotation. Their material, size, knit or print method and minimum quantity are confirmed separately.

Can you match club colors?

Pantone or physical color references can be used. A printed sample is recommended where close color consistency is important.

What is the MOQ for soccer uniforms?

MOQ depends on the products, construction, decoration and order type. A jersey-only reorder and a complete first team kit may have different minimums.

Can youth and adult sizes be mixed in one order?

Mixed size ranges can be reviewed. The final size breakdown and applicable pattern grading are confirmed before production.

How should I submit player information?

Use one final roster spreadsheet with player name, number, size, team group and goalkeeper or captain notes. Approve it before personalized production.

Discuss your soccer program

Define the soccer kit before selecting material

A soccer order can be a jersey, a jersey-and-shorts set or a broader club program including socks, goalkeeper apparel, training wear and bags. List each product separately because fabric, construction and minimums can differ. Home, away and goalkeeper colorways should also be identified early so artwork and quantities are not combined incorrectly.

Fit and movement for different squads

Jersey chest, body length, sleeve, neckline and shoulder shape influence comfort during running and overhead movement. Shorts require an approved rise, inseam, leg opening and waistband. Youth, adult, women’s and closer athletic fits may need separate patterns or grading. A sample should be evaluated during movement rather than only on a hanger.

When a club already owns a well-fitting kit, measure it consistently and note the size, age and wash history. If a new chart is used, state measurement points and tolerances. The final roster should separate jersey, shorts and sock sizes for every player.

Fabric and panel mapping

Soccer materials are compared for low bulk, ventilation, opacity, stretch, snag behavior and print response. Mesh panels may improve airflow in selected areas, while a smoother body fabric may support detailed graphics. Light-colored panels and stretched zones must be checked for coverage. Record every material on the approved panel map instead of relying on a generic “performance polyester” description.

Sublimated artwork and club identity

Full dye sublimation supports gradients, stripes, sponsor marks, player names and numbers on compatible polyester panels. The artwork is fitted to the approved garment pattern, with attention to side seams, sleeve panels and neck trim. Small sponsor text should be tested at actual size. When a close club-color match matters, approve a printed strike-off on the selected fabric.

Embroidery, patches and heat-applied competition marks can be added where required. They are separate processes and should be marked by position. The buyer is responsible for permission to reproduce club, league and sponsor artwork.

Goalkeeper, training and repeat-order planning

Goalkeeper kits may use a different sleeve, fit or color requirement and should not be treated as a simple player colorway if the construction changes. Training jerseys, warm-ups and travel pieces can coordinate with the match identity while using their own material and fit.

For repeat orders, retain the approved artwork version, pattern, material code, color reference and roster format. Availability and minimums still need reconfirmation, especially when the original fabric or trim has changed.

Soccer inspection and packing

  • Measure jerseys and shorts against their separate approved charts.
  • Check neckline, sleeve, hem, waistband and drawcord construction.
  • Review colorways, sponsors, names and numbers against the artwork and roster.
  • Inspect print placement at side, shoulder and sleeve seams.
  • Match jersey, shorts and socks for each player where individual packing is required.
  • Separate home, away, goalkeeper and training products on the packing list.

Information needed for a soccer quote

Provide the full product list, colorways, quantity by style, size breakdown, fit reference, artwork, sponsor files, roster, label and packing needs, destination and required arrival date. If material is undecided, explain the climate and whether ventilation, opacity, stretch, snag resistance or price is the main priority.
